Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PickVerify ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PickVerify.
2. Description of Service
PickVerify is an independent tipster platform. It allows users ("tipsters") to publish sports betting picks before events start, and allows other users ("followers") to view audited pick histories and subscribe to tipsters. PickVerify does not operate as a bookmaker, does not accept bets, and does not handle gambling funds.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use PickVerify. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to access sports betting information in your jurisdiction. PickVerify reserves the right to close accounts that do not meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account with third parties. You must provide accurate and current information during registration. PickVerify may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. No Gambling Advice
PickVerify provides information about tipster track records for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place any bet. Past performance of any tipster, even when fully audited and accurate, is not a guarantee of future results. Betting involves risk and you may lose money.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Follower subscriptions to tipsters are billed on the plan selected at the time of subscription. Prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Refunds are issued at PickVerify's discretion in cases of demonstrable platform error.
7. Intellectual Property
All Platform content — including design, trademarks, software and aggregated statistics — is owned by or licensed to PickVerify. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PickVerify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses from betting decisions made based on information viewed on PickVerify.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state in which PickVerify is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that member state.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
