Tipster Rules

1. Tipster Identity

● Tipsters must provide the following details when creating their account:

• Their full name and surname, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Their current place of residence, provided correctly and in full.

● We reserve the right to immediately suspend or close any account and retain payments if the provided information is found to be incorrect or incomplete.

● Tipster are permitted to have only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If we reasonably suspect that a user has opened more than one account, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or permanently close all related accounts and withhold any payments. The tipster may also be held liable for any damages or costs incurred by PickVerify as a result of such actions.

● Tipsters must be the original creators of the picks they provide. Copying or reproducing another person's work without authorization is strictly prohibited.

3. Exclusivity

Tipsters are required to operate exclusively through PickVerify. Sharing betting tips, whether free or paid, through other platforms, messaging applications, or private channels is strictly forbidden.

3. Payments

● The payments will be made on the first day of each month. If a tipster does not accomplish the minimum number of picks described in the next section the payments will be held until accomplishing the required minumum number of picks.

● PickVerify applies a platform fee of 7.5% on all subscription revenue earned through the platform. This fee covers payment processing, pick verification infrastructure, and platform maintenance. The remaining percentage is transferred to you in full, with no additional charges or hidden costs.

4. Fair Practices

Tipsters must comply with the following:

● Provide a minimum number of picks: at least ten picks per calendar month. Failure to meet this requirement will result in automatic approval of subscribers' refund requests by PickVerify.

● If a tipster is temporarily or permanently unable to continue providing services or to meet the minimum pick requirements, they must deactivate their account via settings panel. This will automatically stop new subscriptions from being accepted.

● When publishing a pick, tipsters must verify the accuracy of the odds in real time directly on the bookmaker's website. To publish distorted odds is strictly prohibited.

● Tipsters must be the original authors of any analysis accompanying their picks. Unauthorized copying of others' work is strictly forbidden.

● Tipsters must avoid any form of spam or unsolicited promotion on PickVerify. Advertising services on PickVerify is strictly prohibited.

● Tipsters must refrain from using Martingale strategies, chasing losses, or any other high-risk staking or money management methods that could endanger subscribers' funds.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any tipster account and retain its balance if the tipster fails to comply with the rules outlined above.
